Delivery times vary based on location. Estimated times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers. However, we are committed to assisting customers in resolving such issues by providing necessary support, such as facilitating claims with the carrier or offering guidance on next steps. Our team will make reasonable efforts to ensure that affected customers receive appropriate assistance in case of lost or damaged shipments.

Bungalow Swim has a  5-day size exchange policy for the same item in the same colourway in a different size. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet our quality standards upon inspection will be rejected, and the exchange request will be denied. If the requested size for exchange is out of stock, we will offer a different colourway or an alternative product of similar value. If no suitable alternative is available, customers may opt for store credit. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to size exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrect at the time of delivery.
