Shipping & Returns

We offer free standard shipping across India. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 days. We also offer express shipping for an additional ₹500. Express orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days. 

We offer a 5-day return window for store credit. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all returns undergo a rigorous inspection. Items that do not meet our return standards will be sent back to the customer.

If your exchange request is accepted, you may return your item via a courier service of your choice. Once dispatched, please share the tracking details and courier invoice with us. We’ll reimburse you for the return shipping cost. Items will take approximately 5–7 days to reach our warehouse after dispatch, and store credit will only be issued once the item passes our return inspection. Store credit must be used within 2 months from the date of issue. 

Terms & Conditions

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • All returns are accepted at our discretion. Items that fail to meet our quality standards will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer. 

  • Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. We cannot process exchanges beyond this timeframe.

  • Items with stains, scents, or signs of wear will not be accepted. We ask that all bikini bottoms and one pieces be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.

  • All original tags and hygiene stickers must remain attached in their original position. If we suspect tampering, the exchange will be denied.

  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged.

  • Sarongs & gift cards must be treated as final sale and are not eligible for store credit. 

  • Items purchased at any of our pop-ups or in-person events must be treated as final sale and are not eligible for store credit.
